SLOW THE SPREAD

COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations, and deaths across the United States are rising. NAHA Health is here to help slow the spread.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person. People with COVID-19 have reported a wide range of symptoms which can include, but are not limited to, mild to severe fever, cough, and shortness of breath. These symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.

There is a vaccine to protect against COVID-19, but it is not yet available to the general public and there is no specific antiviral treatment for the virus.

Older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions are at a higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. If you have symptoms of the virus, isolate yourself from others, monitor your symptoms and contact your medical care provider.

If you think you need immediate medical attention, please call 9-1-1 and let them know you are concerned about COVID-19.
